In September 2022 the prestigious international journal “International Journal of Applied Earth Observation and Geoinformation” has published the scientific article “Artificial intelligence-based software (AID-FOREST) for tree detection: A new framework for fast and accurate forest inventorying using LiDAR point clouds”
In 2020, the Operational Group for innovation in sustainable forest management go monte digital (formed by the University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM), Dielmo 3D and Naturtec), successfully completed the innovation project funded by the National Rural Development Program, related to support and rural development through the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (FEADER).
As a result of this project we obtained the first version of the AID-Forest software, the results of which are already endorsed by a scientific journal of international prestige.
The AID-Forest software is distributed by DIELMO 3D. If you would like to obtain more information about its price or request an evaluation license, you can contact us through this form.
